In de agrarische branche zijn GVK roosters, profielen én brugdekken simpel toe te passen bij bijvoorbeeld de stalinrichting. De kunststof roosters, profielen en brugdekken roesten en rotten niet en zijn bovendien resistent tegen mest of chemicaliën. Ze bieden slipweerstand voor varkens, koeien, schappen enz.

Ook zijn de GVK producten hygiënisch en zuigen geen vloeistoffen op en zijn gemakkelijk schoon te spuiten. Zo zijn GVK-roosters een ideale oplossing voor de vele loop- en vloerroosters die in de agri-sector worden gebruikt.

GVK roosters zijn sterker en een stuk lichter dan staal waardoor deze gemakkelijker te monteren zijn. De GVK roosters kennen een zeer lange levensduur van meer dan 50 jaar. Het grote voordeel van GVK roosters t.o.v. stalen roosters is dat de kunststof roosters hun sterkte niet verliezen als er in gezaagd word. Dit maakt de roosters ook nog circulair.

VEILIGHEID

De anti-slip eigenschappen zorgen voor een veilige en stabiele loopervaring, zelfs bij natte omstandigheden. De toepassingen van GVK-roosters zijn eindeloos, niet alleen voor aanlegsteigers maar ook voor looppaden, loopbruggen, bordessen, vingerpieren en afmeervoorzieningen. Onze GVK-roosters kunnen op maat worden aangeleverd, dit scheelt aanzienlijk in de montagetijd.

DUURZAAMHEID

GVK-roosters bieden superieure sterkte en duurzaamheid in vochtige en waterrijke (corrosieve) omgevingen in vergelijking met het traditionele metalen rooster en zijn, dankzij het unieke productieprocessysteem en het gebruik van hoogwaardige grondstoffen geschikt voor toepassingen in vele commerciële en industriële omgevingen die aanzienlijke economische besparingen opleveren.

BESTENDIGHEID

Dankzij het PTFE-additief heeft het een hoge vuil- en waterafstotendheid en reinigt het zichzelf met regenwater. Het heeft een hoge alkali- en chemische bestendigheid. GVK-Roosters zijn tevens extreem goed bestand tegen de negatieve effecten van zonnestralen en zout vocht aan de kust.

INZETBAARHEID

Naast steigers, looproosters, wandelpaden, bordessen, trappen, bruggen, etc. kunnen GVK-Roosters ook worden ingezet voor wanden of hekwerken en zijn ze uitstekend geschikt voor de chemische industrie, waterzuiveringen, vijver- en zwembadbouw, scheepvaart en offshore industrie.

De gebruikte combinatie van harsen en glasvezel resulteert in de volgende onderscheidende eigenschappen:

Mechanische Weerstand	In staat om lasten tot enkele tonnen te dragen.
Corosiebestendigheid	Bestand tegen zuren en de meest agressieve middelen.
Electrische en Thermische Isolatie	Niet-magnetisch en niet-geleidend, vereist geen aarding.
Veiligheid	Antislip, zelfdovend, geschikt voor contact met voedsel.
Kosteneffectief	Onderhoudsvrij, lange levensduur, duurzame prestaties en uiterlijk.
Lichtgewicht	Eenvoudig te bewerken, verplaatsen en installeren.
Vuurbestendig	Dankzij speciale harssystemen beperkt het de verspreiding van vlammen en rook.
Niet elektrisch geleidend
Radio Transparantie	Geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij het nodig is om interferentie met radiogolven te voorkomen (luchthavens, RF-testfaciliteiten, MRI-kamers, enz.)

TOPLAAG

GVK-roosters zijn leverbaar met verschillende type oppervlak:

Bezand oppervlak	In sommige omstandigheden kan het wenselijk zijn uw GVK roosters te laten voorzien van een grit toplaag. Deze toplaag is verkrijgbaar in diverse korrelgrootten. De grit toplaag is niet per definitie meer antislip maar biedt extra voordelen. Denk hierbij onder andere aan het esthetisch aspect en comfortabel voetgevoel.
Concaaf oppervlak	Standaard zijn GVK kunststof roosters van origine antislip door middel van het concave (meniscus) oppervlak. Dit oppervlak voldoet aan de norm R13 van BGR 181 en DIN 51130. U als eindgebruiker bent verzekerd van optimale en blijvende veiligheid.
Dicht oppervlak	Als alternatief voor open roosters bieden wij ook dichte (HLU) panelen aan. HLU panelen hebben een dicht bovenzijde. De oppervlakte wordt standaard voorzien van een bezande toplaag om te zorgen voor het antislip effect. De dikte van het rooster neemt toe met ca. 3 of 5mm. Deze panelen zijn tevens verkrijgbaar als sandwich paneel waarbij zowel boven –als onderzijde voorzien zijn van een gesloten oppervlak.
Vlak oppervlak	In een aantal segmenten, waaronder de voedingsindustrie, is het risico op bacteriële infectie groot. Zuiverheid en hygiëne zijn hier van groot belang. In een dergelijke omgeving biedt O.G. Roosters kunststof roosters met een gekalibreerd glad oppervlak aan.

HARSTYPEN

Standaard zijn onze GVK roosters beschikbaar in 4 typen hars:

Orthoftaal	Hars biedt weerstand tegen atmosferische corrosie.
Isoftaal	Hars is uitermate geschikt in een corrosieve en chemische omgeving en biedt een hoge brandwerendheid met gecontroleerde rookverspreiding.
Vinylester	Biedt uitstekende chemische resistentie voor o.a. zuren, zouten en andere corrosieve stoffen. Verder staat dit type hars garant voor een hoge brandwerendheid.
Fenol	Hars geeft optimale chemische resistentie met uitstekende brandwerendheid en minimale rookontwikkeling. Dit type hars wordt vaak gebruikt in offshore applicaties.

KLEUREN

De basiskleuren van Glasvezel Versterkte Kunststof roosters zijn grijs en groen.

Deze roosters zijn doorgaans op voorraad in diverse maatvoeringen (opvraagbaar).

Bij een minimale afname zijn andere RAL kleuren ook mogelijk.

SUSTAINABILITY

GRP gratings offer superior strength and durability in humid and watery (corrosive) environments compared to traditional metal grating and, thanks to the unique production process system and the use of high-quality raw materials, are suitable for applications in many commercial and industrial environments that provide considerable economic savings.

RESISTANCE

Thanks to the PTFE additive, it has a high dirt and water repellency and cleans itself with rainwater. It has a high alkali and chemical resistance. GRP gratings are also extremely resistant to the negative effects of sunlight and salt water on the coast.

APPLICABILITY

In addition to scaffolding, gratings, footpaths, platforms, stairs, bridges, etc., GRP gratings can also be used for walls or fences and are ideally suited for the chemical industry, water purification, pond and swimming pool construction, shipping and offshore industry.

The combination of resins and glass fiber used results in the following distinguishing properties:

TOP LAYER

GRP gratings are available with different types of surface:

Sanded surface	In some circumstances it may be desirable to have your GRP gratings provided with a grit top layer. This top layer is available in various grain sizes. The grit top layer is not necessarily anti-slip but offers additional benefits. Think of the aesthetic aspect and comfortable foot feeling, among other things.
Concave surface	As standard, GVK plastic gratings are originally anti-slip by means of the concave (meniscus) surface. This surface complies with the standard R13 of BGR 181 and DIN 51130. As an end user, you are assured of optimal and lasting safety.
Closed surface	As an alternative to open gratings, we also offer closed (HLU) panels. HLU panels have a closed top. The surface is provided with a sanded top layer as standard to ensure the anti-slip effect. The thickness of the grating increases by approx. 3 or 5 mm. These panels are also available as a sandwich panel, where both the top and bottom are provided with a closed surface.
Flat surface	In a number of segments, including the food industry, the risk of bacterial infection is high. Cleanliness and hygiene are of great importance here. In such an environment, O.G. Roosters offers plastic gratings with a calibrated smooth surface.

RESIN TYPES

Our GRP gratings are available in 4 types of resin as standard:

Orthopthalic	Resin offers resistance to atmospheric corrosion.
Isophthalic	Resin is extremely suitable in a corrosive and chemical environment and offers high fire resistance with controlled smoke propagation.
Vinyl ester	Offers excellent chemical resistance to acids, salts and other corrosive substances. Furthermore, this type of resin guarantees high fire resistance.
Phenol	Resin provides optimum chemical resistance with excellent fire resistance and minimal smoke development. This type of resin is often used in offshore applications.

COLOURS

The basic colours of Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic gratings are grey and green.

These gratings are usually in stock in various sizes (available on request).

Other RAL colours are also possible for a minimum order quantity.
