Classic Daiquiri
Ingredients:
• 60 ml Light Rum (2 oz)
• 30ml Fresh Lime Juice (1 oz)
• 15ml Simple Syrup/Superfine Sugar (0.5 oz)
Garnish: Lime Wheel
Preparation:
1. Fill coupe glass with ice an set aside to chill.
2. In an ice filled shaking glass combine rum, lime juice and simple syrup.
3. Shake well.
4. Discard ice from serving glass and strain mix inside.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
6. Enjoy responsibly!

Cuba Libre
• 60 ml White Rum (2 oz)
• 120 ml Cola (4 oz)
• 10 ml Fresh Lime Juice (0.3 oz)
Garnish: Lime Wedge
1. Add ice cubes to highball glass, followed by the rum.
2. Top with cola and a squeeze of lime.
3. Drop the wedge in the glass as garnish.
4. Enjoy responsibly!
Dark 'N Stormy
Ingredients:
• 45 ml Dark Rum, Goslings (1.5 oz)
• 120 ml Ginger Beer (4 oz)
1. Add ice to old fashioned glass and pour over ginger beer.
2. Top with dark rum and garnish with a lime wedge.
3. Enjoy responsibly!
Pina Colada
• 45 ml White Rum (1.5 oz)
• 45 ml Cream of Coconut (1.5 oz)
• 135 ml Pineapple Juice (4.5 oz)
• Ice
Garnish: Pineapple Slice/Maraschino Cherry
