4.000-year-old Minoan Hilltop Structure Discovered

A large, circular 4,000-year-old stone building has been discovered on a Cretan hilltop, an amazing and unexpected find that looks to disrupt a major airport project on the Greek island.

It belongs to the powerful Minoan civilisation. From above the new discovery looks like a large wheel. It’s a labyrinthine building covering an area of 1,800-square-metres or 19,000-square-feet.
