Plato Describes Atlantis | First Mention of the Island

Created by Plato as a antagonistic rival to his idealistic interpretation of "Ancient Athens", his portrait of Atlantis is nevertheless incredibly detailed - describing the history of the island, its geography, and finally the people who counted the doomed paradise their home before they met their end beneath the waves.

In this video, I will be explaining in more detail why Rockall is, in my opinion, the most likely location of Atlantis, and furthermore, towards the end of this video, I will be showing you some incredible underwater scans of Rockall, which show what are in my opinion, clear and obvious man-made features that leave no doubt that this is a lost ancient civilisation.

Rockall is the only sizeable chunk of continental crust below the sea in the Atlantic Ocean. It is the only possible location within the Atlantic based on the known geology and climatology of the Atlantic Sea Basin.

Furthermore, from analysing the under water scanning pictures released in 2015, there is in my mind, no doubt that on the sea bed on Rockall, are clear and obvious man-made architecture. Is this Atlantis? I certainly think it is possible.

If not Rockall, then where? Because there are no other known continental landmasses under the Atlantic Ocean.

How do we actually know about history? Voices of the Past is a channel dedicated to recreating the original accounts from the people who lived through events, or who lived far closer to them than we do today. We do this word for word, with an accompanying soundtrack of rousing music and images.
